STACK’s World of Concrete 2025 Recap

World of Concrete 2025 in Las Vegas was one for the books! The STACK booth was buzzing with energy, perhaps with help from our complimentary coffee bar! We unveiled our strategic partnership with Acumatica, connected with enthusiastic customers and prospects, and met with leading construction industry press. Here are some of the standout moments our team captured from WOC:

Best thing overheard from a prospect ➡ 

Shadi Musa, Director, Account Management: Had the Director of Estimating from White Cap swing by and personally seek us out. They currently use PlanSwift and knew it was time to upgrade! 

Cristal Elias, Senior Trainer, Bilingual: How easy STACK is and pretty! It’s not an old looking app. 

Kayla Greer, Marketing Development Rep: Shocked by all that is included in our price point. While walking the show floor, we were the only company that offered training & support, unlimited projects, and estimating in one platform for one annual payment.

Shadi: Almost every customer interaction was the same feedback. “There’s nothing like STACK in the market” The ease of use and accessibility is paramount! 

Cristal: They love the training, and the chat feature is highly responsive. Customers recognize and even ask for our team members by name. Along with the constant updates and new features releases. 

Kayla: They don’t know how they did things before without STACK. Hearing almost every customer say they love STACK is why we do the work we do. If a customer came with a problem, it was solved immediately at our booth, or a feature request was created by listening to their feedback. 

Favorite thing about watching the STACK team work ➡ 

Shadi: Selflessness across the whole team. Everyone wanted everyone to win. We celebrated as a group and would jump in to help where it was needed. Best team you could ever ask for. 

Cristal: I love our culture and how we can joke around while still maintaining professionalism. Everyone was on fire! 

Kayla: It’s truly flawless. There is no other way to describe it. When someone had a question or needed someone, like magic, it just happened. You don’t see that often at trade shows with other companies.

Shadi: Meeting our Acumatica partners hands down. Looking forward to working with them! 

Kayla: Yes! Aly Benson, Marketing Manager for Volanti. We recorded a short video for prospects at WOC to see the benefits of their plan table with STACK’s software. It was a lot of fun to create and answer questions of prospects walking by to see what we were doing. 

Coolest new tech you saw at the show ➡

Shadi: The plan robot!! 

Cristal: A state-of-the-art concrete 3D printer combined with a floor ink printer capable of printing detailed instructions and floor plans directly onto concrete surfaces. 

Kayla: Dusty Robotics. A legit robot that draws your plans out for you? How is that not one of the coolest things out there. Think about the time and effort that saves contractors when looking through hundreds of plan pages. 

STACK has amazing people doing amazing things to propel our success. We are proud to work with world-class people who helped make this year’s World of Concrete better than the last.
