
We’re excited to introduce the Project Copy & Move feature, designed to help businesses seamlessly transfer project data across organizations. Whether you’re restructuring due to a company acquisition, division, or project hand-off, this feature ensures a smooth transition while maintaining data integrity.
Key Capabilities:
- Move or Copy Projects – Transfer complete project data, including users, documents, daily reports, workflows, and settings.
- Maintain User Roles & Permissions – Copied users retain their roles in the new project.
- Preserve Annotations & History – Public, shared, and private annotations remain intact, and historical records are maintained.
- Event Logging – Every project copy/move is logged for full transparency.
What’s Not Copied or Moved:
- Project Stats – Stats reset in the Destination Project upon completion.
- Deleted Items & Export Tables – These are not transferred during the process.
- Pending User Invitations – Users must be re-invited manually after the transition.
